Difference between billing and shipping address?
Your billing address is the same address as the you provided to your bank when you applied for your account or card; the shipping address is the address you want the product to arrive to.

On your first order, you get 15% off. Besides that, we regularly add discount coupons on the site. So please keep an eye out for coupon codes.
How do I use my coupons?
When you are in your cart during the checkout process, enter in the promotional code and click ‘Apply’.
How do I place an order?
Ordering with Violetmosh is easy. After selecting the size, colour and quantity you want on a particular item, click “ADD TO BASKET”. Once you have finished browsing and added all the items you want to purchase, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button. You will need to sign in to your account or create a new one. Then, enter your to complete the order enter in your shipping address, shipping method and payment. You will receive an order-confirmation email once the order is completed.
An item I added to my shopping bag was sold out.
Once your checkout process is complete, the item becomes reserved. Until then, especially popular items, can become sold out. That is why we highly encourage you to submit payments as soon as possible.
Do we restock sold-out items?
It really depends on the item. Some items are re-stocked, while others may reach the end of its course.

Which currencies do you accept?
We accept several currencies that are listed on the checkout and at the bottom of the home page.
Taxes are by custom offices in destination countries, which are based on their rules and policies. Customers are responsible for finding out the situation in their country. Our shipments are duty unpaid; therefore, the customer must make payments to any charges. If the customer chooses not to pay potential charges, they take full liability for all return costs, custom charges and handling fees. Violetmosh cannot declare purchased goods as gifts or list actual amount of the product as lower.
How long does it take my order to ship?
When you place an order with VioletMosh we will have to process the order first. The average processing time takes 2-5 business days. It usually takes 9-25 business days depending on your order and location (for more information please check out shipping info page).
VioletMosh has international warehouses based in Asia, America, and Europe. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in China so you may receive different packages for the same order.
