Processing
In order to ensure the product you have ordered meet’s your satisfaction, we put the product through a rigorous quality control test, which can involve design, material quality and embellishment checks. The processing time will depend on the specific product, design, size and stock availability. The average processing time takes 2-5 business days. But please keep in mind that the processing time can take longer if product your brought is popular and thus experiencing stock issues or it is a national holiday (besides other possible variables). Shipping
VioletMosh has international warehouses based in Asia, America, and Europe. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in China so you may receive different packages for the same order.

Tax Information
The delivery duty of all shipments from our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Any customs or import duties (including sales tax, VAT etc.) are, therefore, charged once the parcel is in the destination country. If any charges apply, it must be paid by the customer.
If the customer refuses to accept the parcel due to import duties or taxes, the customer must take full liability for customs charges, handling fees and return shipment costs. Due to the custom regulations, VioletMosh cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list them lower amount than the actual cost.
